A player-character supplement for a space-faring science-fiction roleplaying game, focused on the pirates who travel the Galaxy in search of treasure, adventure, and justice while resisting the powers that pursue them. It introduces new character origins, abilities, skills, and qualities, along with pirate schemes, treasure-hunting rules, and mechanics for spreading revolt across the Galaxy. It also includes pirate-designed equipment, ships associated with Annabella, a complete description of the Havana system, and updates for campaigns that have completed El Barco del Sol.
