Letters of Marque

War has broken out between the Olonsean Empire and the Ilsunsi Directorate after years of proxy conflicts. Players take the role of ship captains seeking Letters of Marque from Olonsean naval commanders, allowing them to attack or capture Ilsunsi vessels for profit. Other governments remain neutral, leaving captains to pursue wealth amid the fighting.
