As the New Earth Commonwealth prepares to reclaim the human worlds, Utopian societies must choose between their former ruler and a future alongside fellow colonials. The book presents the planet’s history, geography, regions, settlements, cultures, and lifestyles, along with notable personalities for characters to meet. It also includes new archetypes, equipment, vehicles, drones, and campaign ideas.
