Liminal Horror: Investigators
A rules-light modern cosmic horror roleplaying game about investigators exploring the spaces between the familiar world and the unknowable. Players create classless characters, investigate mysteries, and use creative problem-solving to confront dangerous entities. The system uses three stats—Strength, Dexterity, and Control—with saves determining success or failure. Stress and Fallout represent the effects of encountering horrors, while the Wounds system tracks lasting physical injuries. The updated edition includes new archetypes, a mystery-planning framework, an example mystery, spark tables, and tools for emphasizing modern horror.
