Loathsome Souls (M&M3)
A collection of six supernatural and magically themed supervillains for a modern superhero roleplaying game. Each villain is Power Level 10 and can serve as an enemy or rival for a group of heroes, whether or not the heroes have magical backgrounds. The characters combine occult origins with the costumes, powers, and ambitions of traditional supervillains.
