Lockdown: Gen-Pop
This supplement introduces six new inmates to Buckner Ridge for Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition. The characters can serve as prisoners in a Lockdown-focused campaign or as villains in other adventures. Each inmate includes a two-page profile with an illustration, allowing Game Masters to print only the material needed for a scenario.
