Set in 1987, this gloomy superhero scenario takes place in divided Berlin during the Cold War. British heroes are drawn into a conflict of espionage, blackmail, murder, and political maneuvering, with agents and advisors using local people as pieces in the struggle between East and West. The action unfolds around the Berlin Wall and Brandenburg Gate, where papers change hands and soldiers patrol.
