Lord Orchaos' Lair
A savage orc leader has been infected by a parasite created by chaotic gods. Entering through a drink from the water in his new lair, the creature attaches to his tongue, replaces dead tissue, and gradually takes control of its host. Driven insane by the parasite’s influence, he becomes more fierce and reckless as it seeks to dominate his body and spread chaos.
