A fantasy roleplaying sourcebook detailing the influential figures of Westmoor, including its ruler, ambitious consort, castle guard captain, secretive huntsman, and troubled priest. Each character includes game statistics, strengths, weaknesses, motivations, and roleplaying notes, forming a web of treachery, ambition, diplomacy, and conspiracy. The setting is loosely defined so it can be added to an existing fantasy campaign and placed wherever needed.
