Lost Carcosa
A fantasy roleplaying supplement set in a world of high adventure and cosmic horror, drawing on weird fiction, pulp adventure, and sword-and-sorcery traditions. It adds dozens of monsters, 11 spells for clerics and magic-users, 21 magic items, and biographies of notable non-player characters and deities. Seven regions include encounter tables and 50 possible discoveries each, supported by simplified rules for wilderness generation and exploration. The material contains themes of gore, violence, body horror, unreality, and mental illness.
