A GUMSHOE subsystem about managing a global war against an alien invasion. Players direct the Moon Dust Men and allocate MAJESTIC-12’s black budget among retro-engineered Aurora craft, lunar bioroids, satellite defenses, and anti-saucer lasers, while deciding which targets and operations receive attention.
