Malevolent Medium Monsters
A collection of high-level Pathfinder monsters designed to challenge experienced heroes without relying on enormous size, extensive spell-like abilities, or complex character builds. The creatures range from CR 11 to 18 and include a paralytic alabaster beetle, a malformed homunculus dragon, a blood-soaked ersatz, the heretical faithslain, the grotesque misbirthed, and fiendfused monstrous humanoids transformed by demonic corruption. Each entry includes a full-page illustration, distinctive abilities, ecology, tactics, and advice for using the creature in campaigns involving demon invasions, chaotic wastelands, or ancient evil.
