Marauder vs. The Celestial Legionnaire
This supplement provides two super-powered characters for Mutants & Masterminds games: Marauder, a former Celestial Legionnaire turned power-mad villain, and the Celestial Legionnaire, an unassuming human from Earth granted the powers of a transmerged Gaothoem. Marauder seeks to rule the galaxy to eliminate the threats against him, while the Celestial Legionnaire uses newfound abilities as a member of the Celestial Legions. Both characters draw on material from Do-Gooders & Daredevils: The Celestial Legions.
