This supplement presents an updated Third Edition version of a classic Mutants & Masterminds villain. Once a primitive hunter, the character was taken and transformed by ancient aliens, returning as an immortal avatar of human potential. Players can use his hidden schemes, tremendous mental powers, and plans to lead a new civilization as the basis for super-hero adventures.
