A wizard creates a demiplane grocery store to avoid travelling between planes for supplies. The store’s magical energy gives it a life of its own, transforming its aisles into distinct biomes inhabited by creatures. Intelligent humanoid inhabitants call themselves staff and form their own societies, while other creatures behave like the animals they resemble.
