Meadow: Downstream
This expansion sends players into aquatic environments to observe river-, stream-, and lake-based flora and fauna. Players add over 80 new wildlife cards and a thematic envelope to the base game, then use a kayaking mechanism to progress down a river and score points for advancing along the waterway. A double-sided river board lets groups choose between a fast stream or a calm river to adjust the level of competition. The expansion integrates into the original game’s exploration and set-collection play, introducing new scoring opportunities tied to aquatic habitats and movement downstream.
