It includes an autopsy report, birth and death certificates, a cemetery plot, a permit to bury or remove a corpse, four doctor’s letterhead variations, two prescription pad variations, and a scarlet fever card. These handouts provide physical records for scenes involving doctors, graves, deaths, and unusual illnesses.
