Medusas
This Pathfinder supplement presents three unusual medusa variants for use as fantasy RPG encounters. Each version includes revised statistics, a distinct role, and new special abilities rather than simple changes to the standard creature. The vampiric medusa drains blood and inflicts despair, the headsman’s medusa is a severed head that can act independently, and the snake queen is a more powerful form whose spilled blood becomes a swarm of deadly snakes.
