Place the card within reach of all players. Once per turn, a player may pay 1 franc to draw the top card of the deck; this does not count as an action and cannot be done after discarding to the hand limit. Place the paid franc on the card. When a player takes a Steal action, they may steal 2 francs from another player as usual, or take all francs on the card.
