Minotarr
A power-level 12 rogue, Minotarr is a magically empowered brute who takes what he wants by force and holds grudges against those who stand in his way. He leads a group of power-level 7 thugs, making him a ready-made villain or nemesis for a campaign. His magical origins may draw the attention of mystically inclined heroes, and he can also feature in an Old West-themed episode alongside Ticktock.
