A satirical super-hero battle game set against a political convention, where the mild-mannered Vice President Joe Biden faces the evil super-genius Blowhard and his stolen Weather Making Device. The game includes two battle scenarios, character statistics for Mister Freedom, Blowhard, Mitt Romney, and Paul Ryan, plus new combat maneuvers and traits for use with ROLF!: The Rollplaying Game of Big Dumb Fighters.
