It is 1928, and a dying Don is seeking a worthy successor among his Captains. Each player builds money and notoriety by acquiring buildings, winning gang fights, and running extortion and speakeasy rackets. The Captains compete to fulfill the Don’s final wishes while undermining one another and pursuing control of the family.
