Modern War
A squad-level roleplaying game for modern military campaigns, covering conflicts from the past thirty years as well as science-fiction and horror settings. Players can portray infantry soldiers, tank or APC crews, helicopter pilots, civilians, and intelligence officers. Character creation includes military careers, equipment lists, and squad templates. Combat rules cover suppression, area fire, limited visibility, NBC protection, combat swimming, and skiing. The game includes statistics for nearly 70 vehicles and 90 firearms, guidance for running squad-based adventures, and six fictional future-war scenarios.
