It includes 186 new monsters, creatures familiar from later editions, and reprinted Swords & Wizardry entries, with compatibility notes for Labyrinth Lord, Basic Fantasy Roleplaying, and OSRIC. Monster descriptions leave alignment for the referee to determine, allowing them to fit different campaign settings.
