This supplement presents the basajaun, a hulking woodland creature from Basque mythology. A protector of livestock and shepherds, it is associated with the Pyrenees, agriculture, nature, and warnings of approaching storms. The basajaun is provided as a folklore-inspired creature for use in fantasy roleplaying campaigns, with game statistics and abilities for both Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game.
