Mother Bear I
This supplement presents Mother Bear, a Soviet superhuman and symbol of motherly strength who fights for Russia out of love for her fellow citizens. Designed as a Power Level 8 golden age villain, she can serve as an antagonist, ally, or conflicted figure whose political ideology puts her at odds with the heroes. It is the fifteenth release in the series completing Deus ex Historica.
