In the post-cataclysm ruins of Detroit, a small Unbound population lives beyond the authority of the established enclaves. Alliances shift, old divisions are suspended, and the city’s activities draw the attention of the Arbiters of the Five Beacons. Players investigate Detroit on behalf of an Arbiter, tracking movements, uncovering irregularities, and identifying threats within the frontier community before reporting their findings to Unbound Society.
