Mutandis
This science-fiction setting details an internment world created to contain genetically engineered super-soldiers after an interstellar war. Over time, political prisoners, social outcasts, and other misfits joined its population, while an activist-led evacuation allowed many inhabitants to escape. The supplement presents the planet as a classified database entry, with system and planetary information, history, technology, society, and a planetary map for use with Cepheus Engine and Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game campaigns.
