This supplement introduces the Mutated Marine Minion, a loyal foot soldier serving the saltwater villain known as the Sea Monster. The character can appear alongside the Sea Monster or operate independently as an antagonist, bringing ocean-themed threats and briny mayhem to a SUPERS! game.
