A post-apocalyptic role-playing game set in 2173, 160 years after a virus killed most of humanity and left the survivors mutated. Players create Enforcers, police officers serving the authoritarian Second Republic while navigating political conflict, racial oppression, and a society in decline. The second edition expands the rules with information on secret political organizations, new equipment, and a beginning scenario.
