Mythic Arena
A shortage of followers and a thirst for glory have pushed Odin and Zeus into an unwanted war. Players control either a Greek or Norse pantheon, drawing cards and placing them orthogonally adjacent to cards already in play. Each card triggers its effects and captures adjacent cards of lower strength, changing their allegiance. The game continues with alternating turns until a 4-by-4 grid is formed. Players score for creating lines of three cards under their allegiance and for having the most allegiance visible at the end.
