A Pathfinder RPG bestiary supplement featuring creatures inspired by cosmic horror and the mythos. It includes cultists, alien races, corrupted civilizations, and otherworldly monsters ranging from minor threats to powerful beings such as star-spawn, flying polyps, and the spawn of Yog-Sothoth. The collection covers creatures from CR 3 to 25 and adds xenoid and mythic xenoid templates for transforming existing creatures into unnatural horrors.
