Naturopolis: Nessie
A single monster card threatens the shared landscape and must be contained before it causes damage. Players place and connect river tiles to build continuous waterways; connecting enough rivers neutralizes the monster and prevents its effect. This is a one-card expansion that integrates with the base city-building system and uses the same placement mechanics as the companion one-card scenario.
