A ghost town with a history of witchcraft is due to be demolished to make way for a reservoir. The player characters are tasked with surveying the site, but dark forces are awakening and resisting the destruction of their former home. This investigative horror adventure serves as a prelude to a Lovecraftian campaign devoted to the Black Goat of the Woods.
