Necropants
A cursed pair of leather pants can be placed in a dungeon or wizard’s tower, where they appear to be an ordinary item of clothing. Each day, they grant the wearer increasing wealth, but the wearer eventually nearly dies while wearing them. At that point, all of the wearer’s wealth disappears.
