Neon Rain
A cyberpunk setting and supplement for the Cypher System, set in a decaying city of holographic advertising, fortified megacorporate towers, street gangs, and widespread cybernetics. Characters take on dangerous jobs involving smuggling, corporate espionage, virtual-reality hacking, high-speed pursuits, and the use of addictive designer drugs. The book includes rules for hacking and ultimate damage, new descriptors, foci, creatures, cyphers, artifacts, NPCs, encounter locations, and a ready-to-play setting. It also contains two complete adventures and options for creating characters with cybernetic upgrades, custom drones, and other cyberpunk abilities. Requires the Cypher System Rulebook.
