Adventurers gather in New Pavis, a city built among the ruins of the ancient Dragon Empire. As the Hero Wars threaten the old order, they explore the city and its surrounding ruins, pursue rumors of Pavis’s unfinished experiment, and become involved in the mysteries and conflicts that have endured for centuries. Characters may rely on weapons, mounts, and companions as they seek treasure, answers, and a role in the city’s future.
