A sourcebook detailing the geography, history, government, laws, services, and infrastructure of a cyberpunk city in 2045. It presents 24 districts, with information on their residents, controlling factions, and recent events, alongside profiles of 44 gangs, six criminal organizations, and 23 security providers. More than 600 mapped locations include stores, clinics, gang headquarters, corporate fortresses, and megabuildings. Ninety-nine stat blocks provide characters ranging from gang members and criminal enforcers to corporate security and ordinary citizens.
