A modern setting for a dark fantasy tabletop roleplaying game, where the ShadowDark, magic, and monsters have faded into myth as civilization expands. Characters investigate hidden evils in abandoned and lawless areas, dealing with both supernatural threats and people who refuse to believe their stories. The supplement includes six new character classes, dozens of spells and abilities, modern encounter generators, equipment tables for multiple time periods, more than 50 monsters, over 30 special items, and two mini adventures.
