A Fate setting where film noir detectives, classic movie monsters, and cinematic crime collide. Players portray members of an off-the-books crime-fighting task force or independent operators facing the criminal Consortium and its leader, Victor Stitch. The supplement includes random character concepts combining monster and noir archetypes, four cinematic approaches—Action, Comedy, Drama, and Horror—plus rules for noir cases, the Flicker Effect, and the starter adventure The Blood Dahlia. Fate Core or Fate Accelerated is required.
