Nobles: The Golden Mandate
This supplement explores the noble houses of the Final Empire, from the ten Great Houses to the ambitious Lesser Houses competing for influence. It provides background on noble politics and intrigue, along with guidance for playing rebellious noble Heroes, adding nobles to a skaa Crew, and portraying elite Hazekillers. New character options include Noble Traits, Stunts, and the Family Power, which lets characters draw on their name and connections. A multi-session adventure, “Thieves in the Ninth House,” sends a Crew to the Eastern Dominance to rescue an honor hostage from House Urbain.
