This sourcebook explores the noble sidhe and their continued rule over the fae, covering their return in 1969, the Accordance War, and current political events. It examines the pressures of Banality and Bedlam, including how sidhe characters balance their supernatural nature with the threats that endanger them. The book provides guidance for playing noble characters in a Changeling chronicle, introduces a previously unknown noble house, and presents new Arts available only to noble characters.
