Nostalgia: La Flotta Nomade
A nihilistic science-fiction setting for the MONAD System, focused on the six races living aboard the Arks of a nomadic fleet. The voyage crosses an empty, indifferent universe with no thriving worlds or alien civilizations, while immense and mysterious forces shape the fate of existence. Centuries of isolation have caused the Arks’ many levels to develop into contrasting societies, ranging from advanced communities to superstition and hardship. Characters face dangerous creatures, extreme environments, social conflict, and spectral beings born from the suffering of the dead, while seeking answers about the lost Earth, the origin of the Arks, and the purpose of their journey.
