NPC Pack #1: The Rust Devils
This digital NPC theme pack introduces a ruthless, tech-savvy raider gang that scavenges robots across the Commonwealth, reprogramming them and crafting armor and weapons from salvaged parts. It includes background and motivations, combat tactics, encounter guidance, and stat blocks for 22 gang members and modified robots ranging from low-level scavengers and Protectrons to elite leaders and a Level 18 Sentry Bot. New equipment includes Robot Armor and improvised weapons made from robot components, along with random encounters and a Level 12 home base at the Fort Hagen Satellite Array.
