This digital NPC theme pack introduces Enclave veterans hiding in the Mojave Wasteland after the fall of their organization. It provides backgrounds and stat blocks for seven named NPCs, including versions for different levels of play, along with their motivations, combat tactics, and possible roles as allies or enemies.
