A digital NPC theme pack for Fallout: The Roleplaying Game featuring Reilly’s Rangers, a well-armed group of mercenaries who help Wasteland settlements for a fee. It provides rules, stats, and tools for using the Rangers as allies, quest-givers, or adversaries. The 22-page PDF includes five named NPCs, two probationary Ranger stat blocks, details on the group’s reputation and combat tactics, six plot seeds, and a detailed write-up of the Rangers’ Compound.
