NPC Pack #4: Mariposa Military Base
A digital NPC theme pack for Fallout: The Roleplaying Game centered on the abandoned Mariposa Military Base, where experiments with the Forced Evolutionary Virus created the Super Mutant strain. The base later became the site of a violent revolt against the Enclave and now holds dangerous secrets, old-world technology, and valuable loot. The 32-page supplement provides 11 stat blocks, including new Super Mutants, mutated creatures, and a Ravenous Deathclaw, along with the base’s history, locations, obstacles, plot seeds, and new weapons, modifications, explosives, and irradiated food. The encounters are designed for characters of levels 7–9 and can support a dungeon-crawl-style expedition or be adapted for other campaign developments.
