A system-agnostic sourcebook for post-apocalyptic roleplaying, presenting 25 non-player characters divided into five groups of five. Each character includes a history, appearance, and motivations, while each group is supported by descriptions of its internal relationships and suggestions for using it in adventures. Several groups can also serve as player-character parties. The material focuses on character-driven scenarios and relationships, without game mechanics or references to specific RPG systems.
