Old Sloculm Road
A micro-adventure set along a nearly forgotten road south of a vanished kingdom. The party discovers a well-maintained bridge and its caretaker, Samuel, a troll who lives in the toll house and charges a single shiny coin for passage. He enjoys chess and conversation, particularly about a remarkable red bird he saw that morning. The encounter can lead to an unusual follower joining the party.
