On the Border of War

A Pathfinder Society scenario for characters of levels 5–9, set in Brevoy as rival noble houses maneuver near open conflict. After the death of a neutral township’s baron, loyalists vie for control while armies gather under the guise of peacekeeping. The characters must enter the tense region and delay hostilities long enough to document and study a famous ruin. They may also attempt to prevent war, though the nobles are just as likely to use them as pawns as to accept their mediation.
